Quinoa burger

...ili kako da iskoristite ostatke vecere od prethodnog dana...

Sastojci:
1 solja skuhane kvinoe (po mogucnosti ostatak od prethodne vecere)
2 solje skuhanog graha/pasulja
2 zlice senfa
3 cena cesnjaka, sitno sjackanog
1/2 zlicice aleve paprike
1/3 solje ovasnih pahuljica samljevenih u blenderu
1/2 zlicice morske soli

Priprema:
1. Viljuskom zgnjeciti skuhani grah.
2. Dodati ostale sastojke i sve dobro pomijesati.
3. Zagrijati pecnicu na 450 F.
4. Oblikovati smjesu u jedno 5-6 kugli pa svaku dlanom spljostiti i staviti na pleh oblozen pek-papirom.
5. Peci oko 6-7 minuta svaku stranu.

Prilog po vrhu: sta god vam padne na pamet, moze i ostatak dinstanog povrca od prethodne vecere uz tostirani kruh i malo humusa..

Quinoa Burger

Ingredients:
1 cups quinoa (already cooked, preferably left over from last night's dinner)
2 cups kidney beans, cooked
2 tbsp yellow mustard
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp paprika
1/3 cup wheat gluten-free flour
Sea salt


Preparation:
1. Mash beans with a fork in a mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients plus cooked quinoa, and stir to combine.
2. Preheat oven to 450°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
3. Break mixture into 5-6 equal segments. Roll each into a ball, flatten it, and shape it into a patty using your hands.
4. Bake each side for about 6-7 minutes.

  1. Quinou često iskoristim za salatu, a burgeri su mi još na listi čekanja. Sviđa mi se ova tvoja verzija i jako dobro i ukusno izgleda !
